Hahn 2011 Cabernet Sauvignon, $9.34-$13.99, 90 points, opens bright black currant tapering to red cherry in color and meets the glass with a clear ring.
I think this wine appears deceptively simply, for though the aroma is weakly sweet red cherry with a hint of green bell pepper (all of which rightly carries onto the palate), the medium body slams you with whelming acidity and moderate tannin; the flavor is very good and adds hints of cranberry and coffee.
Finishing long on black and white pepper with a comfortable 14.5% alcohol makes this a "wrap"!
