Carneros Creek 2007 Pinot Noir Reserve, $21.99-$24.99, 88 points, has a deep pomegranate red color with a thin clear rim.
The nose of plum, black cherry, cinnamon, and caramel was just okay for me.
These smells carried onto the palate throughout, but the moderately smooth medium body of good acidity and mild-plus tannin finishes very good with mint, eucalyptus, a bit of heat (14.5% alcohol) and spice.
