Evolucio Tokaj 100% 2012 Fermint White Wine (Hungary), 11.99, 92 points, was a very light brass color trending water clear at the glass wall.
This white wine was fragrantly generous with floral, soft melon, and citrus notes.
Light-bodied having good acidity, refreshing flavors reflective of the aromas, and a touch of apricot.
Finished well on the trailing palate, a hint of grapefruit, a touch of tangerine peel, a dash of ginger, a smidgen of kiwi, and a perfect 12% alcohol.
I've not seen this wine before, but it was truly lovely.
