Campo Viejo NV Brut Cava Rosé, $9.99-$12.99, 87 points, poured with a light head of foam diminishing quickly, and showing a bright cranberry juice red.
Shy aromas typical of non-Rosé Cava were okay, but a hint of juniper was quite nice.
Light and crisp with good acidity, having flavors of red raspberry and watermelon were pleasant.
Finished quite dry and a bit thin with a melon rind flavor and an appropriate 12% alcohol.
Paired okay with my Mexican cuisine.
