Bersano 2016 Gavi (DOCG)

Bersano 2016 Gavi (DOCG), $8.49-$18.99, 90 points, was a light glossy gold color.
Aromas were shy, but lovely white pepper and a candied-floral vibe pleased.
The light body with good acidity was sleek and gently sophisticated as it managed furtive flavors of lime with the trailing aroma-reflected flavors.
Finished well on lemon/lime, a hint of ginger, and a well-balanced 12.5% alcohol.
Paired perfectly with my fried sautéed Icelandic cod loin.
