The pleasant aromas were faint pomelo and white blossoms.
Light-bodied with fair acidity delinquently developed flavors of lemon/lime, cilantro, and an energized ginger all unfolding toward an intensifying finish marked by a spot-on 13% alcohol.
Paired perfectly with my deep fried Atlantic sea scallops.
