Joseph Drouhin 2016 Pouilly Fuissé, $21.24-$24.99, 90 points, was a medium brass color clearing toward the glass wall.
Soft aromas of pineapple, apple, and Necco wafer were lovely.
The light-plus body with mouthwatering acidity delivered a flinty flavor profile nuanced by subtle pome fruit.
Finished easy on hints of lemon zest, ginger, Red dragon fruit, and a balanced 13% alcohol.
Paired well with my Gulf of Maine steamed lobster in drawn butter.
