Geroge Dubceuf Beaujolais Nouveau 2018 Red Wine, $10.99-$11.99, 87 points, poured core candy-apple red grading quickly to a Welch's grape juice purple with a broad clear wine ring and thin stained glass sheeting.
Aromatic soft smoky Gamay grape and a hint of bubble gum were pleasant.
Medium-bodied with good acidity and surprisingly wooly tannins carried straight-forward, but bright cherry fruit flavors.
Finished on an evolving candied cherry fruit and hints of plum and savory with a well-balanced 12.5% alcohol.
