Guerrieri Rizzardi 2020 Soave (DOC), $15.29-$17.99, 91 points, was a medium yellow/gold color and clearing midway towards the rim.
Aromas of flowers, citrus, and a hint of lemon oil were lovely.
This was a light-bodied dry and brightly acidic white wine with a rather lean flavor profile reflective of the aromas with building good ginger notes.
Finished tight, tart, and white-pepper warm with a well-balanced 12.5% alcohol.
Paired perfectly with my smoked oysters and okay with orange chicken.
Mean and lean, so, not for everyone.
