Domaine Séguinot-Bordet, Fourchaume 2020 Chablis Premier Cru, $35.69-$44.99, 93 points, was a medium straw yellow color and graying midway towards the rim.
Aromas of lemon zest, white pepper, white chocolate, Mac-apple, and a hint of flint were excellent.
A light to medium-bodied dry white wine with good acidity and rich flavors reflective of the aromas plus juicy white grape crossed the entire palate.
Finished long on the trailing palate, hazelnut, and a well-balanced 13% alcohol.
Paired perfectly with our chicken wing smorgasbord.
