Coppo La Rocca 2019 Gavi, $15.29-$19.99, 88 points, was almost clear with a brass sheen.
Aromas of tangerine with hints of lemon and pome blossoms were delightful.
A light-bodied bone-dry white wine with good acidity and up-front flavors of Clementine zest, green melon rind, and a hint of lime were adequate.
Finished fair with hints of ginger and a well-balanced 12.5% alcohol.
A more intense Gavi than some and it was certainly up to my pairing with fried fish and chips.
