$67.99-$94.99, 93 points, poured almost black trending Bearbrook bourbon-red (NH Idiom) with a transparent rim.
Though I have read others reporting the bouquet being reticent, mine was spectacular cherries, clove, and roses.
This medium-bodied Barolo of good acidity and still strident, but necessary tannins carried that Italian quality of warm bourbon notes, oaky black cherry, and savory herbs throughout the palate, and escalating into the long finish of alcohol warmth (14%), caramel, and soft spices.
