Wine by Joe Dobbes Oregon 2012 Pinot Noir, $16.99-$18.99, 87 points, was a deep ruby trending garnet-red with a transparent ring at the glass wall.
A toasty red cherry nose was okay.
This was a crisp medium-bodied Pinot Noir of fair acidity and mild tannin carrying a straight forward red-fruit flavor profile with strawberry and tart pomegranate .
Finished with red cherry notes, a well integrated 13% alcohol, and trailing red fruit.
