Silverado Miller Ranch Napa Valley 2013 Sauvignon Blanc, $14.39-$19.99, 91+ points, poured a very light brass color trending clear at the glass shallows.
Lovely subtle aroma notes were marked by flowers, tangerine, and cantaloupe.
Mouth-watering acidity supported by a crisp, light, bright body carried a well balanced citrus, melon, and floral flavor profile.
Finished long on the trailing palate with hints of black pepper, ginger, and the 13.6% alcohol.
Varietals were 96% Sauvignon Blanc and 4% Semillon.

Dude...use that little dog in ALL of your photos. It can be your signature!
ReplyDeleteClaire: Thx for the suggestion! We do love our dogs!
DeleteI do love Silverado's SB. They skipped a vintage a few years back and I was quite upset. One of the valley's best in my estimation.
