Franciscan Estate Napa Valley 2013 Sauvignon Blanc, $15.99-$17.99, 89 points, poured almost a transparent gray with a lime green tint.
Light lemongrass aroma, though singular, was quite good.
Very light-bodied, crisp, appropriately acidic, and a cut-and-dry flavor profile of lemon/lime and fresh-cut grass notes made this the perfect wine to pair with delicate flakey white fish or sushi.
Finished fair on a tart trailing palate, a well integrated the 13% alcohol.
