Viña Cobos El Felino 2013 Chardonnay

Viña Cobos El Felino 2013 Chardonnay, $16.99-19.99, 87 points, was a brass color tending a blue/gray toward the glass wall.
Aromatic melon, honeysuckle, and orange blossoms were very pleasant.
Near medium-bodied with fair acidity, a bit over oaky, and flavors reflective of the aromas were okay.
The long finish was the highlight of this wine with loads of white pepper, the trailing palate, and a slightly warm 14% alcohol.
Paired well with my breaded pork chops, fresh native spiced tomatoes, and buttered mashed potatoes.
