Cade Napa Valley 2015 Sauvignon Blanc, $28.04-$32.99, 92 points, poured a light brass color trailing clear toward the glass edge.
Aromatic tropical, stone, and citrus fruits were a bit toasty, but harmonious.
Light, crisp, appropriately acidic with a cornucopia of flavors reflective of the aromas which worked its palate magic, both as a stand alone libation and as a companion to my bounty from the sea (Maine lobster and clams).
Finished long and stony with tangerine, ginger, and a potent 14.2% alcohol.
Varietals were 92% Sauvignon Blanc, 3% Sémillon, 2.5% Sauvignon Musque, and 2.5% Viognier.
