Sacha Lichine Single Blend 2015 Rosé, $10.70-$11.99, 87 points, was a Pink-Salmon Caviar color.
The shy aromas of strawberry and watermelon were just okay.
Typically light and crisp, but with excellent flavors reflective of the aromas, and with a good kick of black pepper.
Finished fine on the trailing palate, a floral vibe, and a slightly woody alcohol (12%) taste.
Paired perfectly with my loaded nachos.
Varietals were Grenache and Cinsault.
I bought this Rosé at the Whole Foods of Bedford.
