Ferrari Carano 2017 Flume Blanc





Ferrari Carano 2017 Flume Blanc, $7.64-$8.99 (375ml), 90 points, was a medium brass color with green highlights and clearing at the glass edge.
Smells of fresh-cut grass and wood notes were okay.
Light-bodied with good acidity showed evolving flavors of lemon zest, grass, oak, and a hint of Lychee-nut.
Finished long on escalating ginger spice wound around the fading palate, and a well-integrated 13.8% alcohol.
Paired perfectly with our chicken-breast sandwiches.
