Domaine Louis Moreau 2017 Chablis, $21.24-$24.99, 94 points, was a deep yellow/gold color grading various shades of grey towards the rim.
Aromas of lemon/lime, caramel, delicate floral perfume, and a hint of cardamom were exceptional.
A light-bodied perfectly acidic and off-dry Chardonnay (white Burgundy wine), which rightly reflected the aromas onto the palate with hints of wet stone and Clementine zest showed finesse.
Finished long on the trailing palate, a bit of melon-rind, ginger, apple notes, and a soft well-balanced 12.5% alcohol.
Paired perfectly with our breaded chicken and veggie stew.
