Mollard Coquillage 2018 Chablis, $24.64-$28.99, 91 points, was a medium yellow/gold color and quite clear at the glass rim.
First aromas of pome blossoms were delightful, and followed by lemon zest with other citrus notes and an icy minerality.
A light-bodied bone-dry white wine showing purity of flavor, texture, and finish, and though acidity was high, this citrusy mineral founded libation wasn't particularly cerebral at this point in its evolution, but pairing it with my New England clam chowder was perfect!
ABV was 13% and spot on.
