Atamisque Mendoza Valle De Uco 2012 Malbec

$17.59-$24.99 91 points, poured core black up to the bright purple/red rim with its clear ring and leggy glass wall.
Toasty black currant with coffee and floral notes on the nose were good.
This texturally lush full-bodied red wine carried good acidity and supportive and finely grained tannins.
Oaky black fruit flavors were rich and sumptuous, but subtle tobacco and savory notes added a balanced complexity.
Finished long on the trailing palate, red raspberry, accelerating spice, tannin, and the noticeable 15% alcohol.
