little Boomey South Australia 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon, $22.00 (Outback restaurant), 85 points, appeared crushed blackberry purple/red with a thin clear rim ring.
Smells of blueberry and black currant were okay.
The medium-plus body carried fair acidity with mild-plus tannin.
Plum and cola flavors were a bit overwhelmed by grapey notes which trekked into the fair finish of licorice and a well integrated 13.5% alcohol.
