Caves Jean et Sébastien Dauvissat "Saint-Pierre" 2012 Chablis, $26.99-$28.99, 89 points, was a pure gold color.
The pleasant aroma was an amalgamation of subtle lemon, pine needles, and warm wet stone smells.
Light-plus body carried fair acidity, a dominating mineral based flavor profile, and hints of citrus.
Finished well on lemon zest, ginger, and a well integrated 12% alcohol.
Though marginally low alcohol, this was still a dry white wine, and not magically complex, but very clean.
