La Cana Rias Baixas 2013 Albariño (Spain), $13.99-$15.99, 90 points, was a light golden color trending water clear at the glass shallows.
Very beautiful floral aroma with hints of lemon and lime zest.
Light-bodied, with crisp acidity, dry, and having flavors of lemon oil, hints of watermelon rind, tangerine, and limestone minerality which made for an exceptionally good, clean, and refreshing white wine libation.
Finished on the trailing palate, citrus notes, and a well integrated 12.5% alcohol.
Paired well with my spicy Buffalo wings.
