Bonterra Lake, Mendocino, and Sonoma Counties 2016 Sauvignon Blanc, $11.99-$14.99, 89 points, was a very light gold color drifting clear at the glass boundary.
Aromatic aromas perfumed profuse Necco Wafers, lemon, fresh-cut grass, and wet stone which faded quickly toward the fresh-cut grass/wet stone smells.
Light, crisp, and appropriately acidic, Bonterra SB carried delicate flavors of cream-soda, grass, and a touch of lemon.
Finished fair on hints of pear, ginger, and a soft 13.3% alcohol.
Paired fine with my chicken salad sub.
