Willm 2016 Alsace Riesling Réserve (France), $12.99-$14.99, 90 points, was a light brass color.
Smells of pear with a floral vibe were good.
Light-bodied with good acidity carried straight-forward flavors of Granny Smith apple, pear, and lime flavors.
Finished stony with a touch of tangerine and spearmint.
This dry Riesling showed a well-balanced 12% alcohol, and paired perfectly with our Chinese cuisine.
