Four degrees!!!!
Ouch!
It’s very iffy that New Hampshire’s temperature will rise above freezing this week, so I’m planning my after-work suppertime RED (warm) wines for pairing; I like to challenge myself to scheme an interesting array of wines that will have some relationship one to another; for this exercise I‘ve chosen one red wine from France, one from Italy, one from Portugal, and one from Spain, kind of a European sampler with predominately black and white labels.
I hope this will be as interesting and fun for my followers as it will be for me, though I doubt it.
