Broadside Paso Robles 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon, $13.99-$16.99, 86 points, poured a deep ruby red with a broad clear wine ring and light glass sheeting.
Aromas of red raspberry, black pepper, and soft floral notes were good.
This medium-bodied and red fruit styled Cabernet Sauvignon showed appropriate acidity, mellow tannins and an additional blueberry flavor with some hints of citrus.
Finished long, dry, a bit green and chalky, easy spice notes and a more reserved 13.5% alcohol.
