Duckhorn Napa Valley 2020 Sauvignon Blanc, $27.99-$32.99, 93 points, was the lightest of brass tones while water clear midway towards the rim.
Aromas of pome blossoms, Necco wafers, fresh-cut grass, and a hint of passion fruit were Duckhorn wonderful.
With a slightly more than a light-bodied white wine with good acidity and wonderful flavors reflective of the aromas plus a touch of lemon citrus scored high for usual as me.
Finished long on the trailing palate, snowballing ginger notes, and a well-balanced 13.5% alcohol.
Paired perfectly with my beer-battered baked haddock.
Varietals were 84% Sauvignon Blanc and 16% Semillon.
