Saint Clair Family Estates Dillons Point, Marlborough, New Zealand 2020 Sauvignon Blanc, $15.29-$22.99, 91 points, was a very light brass color with a relatively thin clear meniscus.
Aromas of fresh-cut grass, orange zest, and a hint of passion fruit were light and airy.
A light-bodied dry white wine with lovely flavors of lemon, grapefruit, kiwi, melon rind, and ginger were nicely highlighted by the bright acidity.
Finished long on the trailing palate, lime, and a well-balanced 13% alcohol.
Paired perfectly with my sardines and goats-milk cheese.
