Château Fleur Cardinale, Saint-Émilion, Grand Cru Classé 2014 Bordeaux Red Wine

Château Fleur Cardinale, Saint-Émilion, Grand Cru Classé 2014 Bordeaux Red Wine, $37.82-$44.49, 96 points, poured core black grading opaque purple/red toward the broad clear wine ring and glass bowl of sweeping sheets of clinging residuum.
Dense aromas of roses, blackberry jam, sandalwood, and black olives were outstanding.
Full-bodied with good acidity and pervasive firm grainy tannins supported rich flavors of plum and black licorice following those reflective of the aromas.
Finished forever on the trailing palate, fig, warm intense spices, and a well-balanced 14% alcohol.
Varietals were 75% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc, and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon.
Paired perfectly with my baby-back ribs and roasted Brussels sprouts.
