The complex bouquet showed earth, black pepper, black raspberry, licorice, and a slightly sour plum note.
Medium-plus body with good acidity and a firm underlayment of tannin managed flavors reflective of the bouquet.
Finished a bit chalky, quite spicy, and with a well-balanced 14% alcohol.
