Two Hands Angel's Share 2015 Shiraz, $28.99-$36.99, 91 points, poured basically black grading deep purple/red and finally blood-red at the broad clear wine ring and glass bowl dripping with fat legs.
Smells of rich ripe blackberries and earthy black grapes were good.
The silky full-body spiked with mouthwatering acidity and dense soft tannins showed a bounty of blackberries, plums, truffle, and black cherry flavors.
Finished dry after the blast of fruit, and finished long on spicy pepper, subtle fig/pomegranate notes, and a potent 14.5% alcohol.
This Angel's Share was a damn good wine and complemented my Mexican cuisine perfectly.
