Marchesi de Frescobaldi Albizzia Toscana 2016 Chardonnay (IGT), $6.79-$16.99, 88 points, poured a light brass color clearing at the glass shallows.
Aromas of soft apple and honeysuckle were lovely.
Medium-bodied with good acidity present me with stony flavors nuanced with melon rind, hay, and slightly sour citrus.
Finished long on the trailing palate, ginger notes, and a restrained 12% alcohol.
Matured three months in stainless steel.
Paired well with my roast chicken and vegetables.
