Tattoo Girl Columbia Valley 2017 Riesling, $14.99, 86 points, poured the lightest of brass colors grading water clear.
Aromas of lychee and subdued apple were soft, but without any annoyance.
Very light texturally, quite dry, with good acidity and nondescript innocuous flavors made for a tasty if not a cerebral tipple.
Finished more on apple notes and a well balanced 11.2% alcohol.
Paired fine with our Chinese cuisine.
