Wattle Creek Alexander Valley 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon

Wattle Creek Alexander Valley 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon, $24.64-$59.99, 93 points, poured a blood-red color with a bright meniscus and thick stained legs.
Aromatic perfumed-plums, flowers, and red fruit were delightful.
Satiny smooth full-bodied red wine with a comfortable underlayment of tannin managed a rather unusual red fruit flavor profile, with an interesting cranberry/red raspberry up front.
Finished long on tertiary flavors of coffee, herbs. licorice, and leather with a well-balanced 14.3% alcohol.
Paired perfectly with my spinach/mashed-potatoes/beef goulash.
