Chateau Saint Sulpice Esprit de Saint-Sulpice 2016 Sauvignon Blanc

Chateau Saint Sulpice Esprit de Saint-Sulpice 2016 Sauvignon Blanc, $12.99-$15.99, 89 points, poured a medium yellow gold color.
Aromatic lemon, apple, and wet stoniness were excellent.
Light-plus body with fair to good acidity did show a rather sleek texture, and flavors were reflective of the aromas with a hint of Red dragon fruit.
Finished long with nuanced ginger, honey-dew melon, and a well-balanced 13% alcohol.
Paired perfectly with our roasted spicy tangerine chicken.
