Domaine Paul Buisse Touraine 2016 Sauvignon Blanc (Loire, France), $11.69-$12.99, 89 points, was a lovely light brass color clearing at the glass edge.
Smells of pome blossoms, fresh cut grass, drying hay, and citrus were pleasant.
Light and crisp with good acidity carried a straight forward Sauvignon Blanc-specific flavor profile which tasted delightful and paired perfectly with my Bangkok Thai cuisine.
Finished a refreshing cold running-stream stony, tauntingly tart, tangy, and citrusy.
The 12.5% alcohol was well-balanced and supportive.
I bought this SB at the Whole Foods of Bedford.

Sounds like a lovely SB.
ReplyDeleteVG: A charming dissimilar SB from NZ or Cali!
