Pratsch Niederösterreich 2016 Rosé (Austria), $12.99-$14.99, 86 points, poured the darkest Salmon pink color.
The aroma of watermelon dominated, but soft red raspberry, strawberry, and a floral vibe were okay.
Light-bodied with fair-plus acidity delivered juicy flavors reflective of the aromas.
Finished okay, but a bit thin, on the trailing palate and an innocuous 12% (off-dry) alcohol.
Paired fine with our spicy Mexican cuisine.
