Faust Napa Valley 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon, $49.49-$54.99, 93 points, poured a deep purple/red grading more to the red at the broad clear meniscus and heavily draped bowl.
The complex and concentrated bouquet included, but was not limited to, blueberries, juniper, Bordeaux lily, savory, and cinnamon; I wasn't as pleased as this list might imply.
Full-bodied (silky) with good acidity and solid/dense and remarkably smooth tannins delivered violet, blackberry liqueur, and red raspberry flavors through a storm of hot cinnamon spice and accelerating pepper spices that worked well with the 14.9% alcohol in the never-ending moderately dry finish.
Paired well with my meatball sub.
