Aromas of apple pie with a dollop of vanilla and cantaloupe were okay.
Near full-bodied with fair-plus acidity reflected flavors of the aromas accent by a touch of yeastiness and manifesting this Chardonnay's pedigree as being California.
Finished well with a good dose of white pepper nuanced with hints of lemon, apple, and peach.
The appropriate 13.8% alcohol was balanced and unobtrusive.
Paired perfectly our fried chicken.
