Jean-Jacques Vincent "Marie Antoinette" Grand Vin 2015 Pouilly Fuissé, $21.24-$27.99, 92 points, poured a bright bold gold color with a yellow cast and clearing at the glass edge.
Soft aromas of wet-stoniness and pome blossoms were delightful.
Medium-bodied with good acidity and a faithful palate rendition of the aromas carried deep into the long finish with hints of lychee, a striking ginger flavor, and a spot-on 13.5% alcohol.
Paired perfectly with my vegetables in a cheddar cheese sauce, and my Yellow-fin tuna salad.
